Job Description: 

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is hands-on with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), B2B listing platforms, and emerging lead-generation channels (including Discord and online communities) within the software development/services industry.

This role requires strong prospecting skills, sharp proposal writing, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for IT services via LinkedIn, freelance marketplaces, and B2B platforms

  • Optimize company profiles and listings to improve visibility and inbound leads

  • Prepare and submit tailored proposals for software development projects

  • Engage prospects, understand technical requirements, and schedule discovery calls

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development (IT services preferred)

  • Strong English communication and proposal writing skills

  • Basic understanding of software development services and delivery models

  • Target-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or BSIT/SE
