Description

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to manage our cloud infrastructure development and deployment. The ideal candidate will build automated pipelines for reliable software releases, set up monitoring systems, write infrastructure code, handle on-call duties, and ensure our development process adheres to security standards.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Backend Engineering

• Must know how to use Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and Terragrunt)

• Must be skilled with Docker, Kubernetes, and container management

• Must know how to use GitHub Actions and set up CI/CD pipelines

• Must code well in Bash or Python

• Must know how to use monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Loki)

• Must understand DNS, firewalls, and basic networking

• Must know network architecture, systems, and databases

• Must be good at solving problems and thinking strategically

• Must communicate well and know how to lead

• Should have experience with security and compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage core infrastructure components

• Deploy and maintain monitoring tools per security requirements

• Build and maintain secure alert systems

• Manage security team communications

• Create and maintain system metric dashboards

• Implement monitoring solutions and performance benchmarks

• Execute DevOps strategy aligned with company goals

• Design and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure

• Maintain CI/CD pipeline best practices

• Automate monitoring and logging processes

• Ensure security compliance

• Implement incident management

• Coordinate DevOps initiatives across teams

• Conduct post-incident reviews for improvement
